Home Improvement Project Manager and Sales Consultant

Location: Washington D.C. and Maryland (Serving Prince George's, Montgomery, and Howard Counties)

About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant and Project Manager, you'll leverage your knowledge of space planning and construction to guide homeowners through their renovation projects. You'll use our cutting-edge sales and construction management technologies to create project scopes, provide accurate pricing, and finalize contracts. Our Office Manager will schedule pre-qualified leads directly onto your calendar, allowing you to focus on what you do best: Building relationships and securing contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Utilize our sales tools to provide accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Develop detailed project scopes and convert conversations into signed contracts.
  • Provide consistent follow-up via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with our General Contractor and office team to ensure smooth project administration and handoffs.
  • Travel throughout the assigned service area (Prince George's, Montgomery, Howard Counties, and Washington D.C.).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the residential remodeling industry OR 1 year of residential home improvement sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen, bathroom, flooring, basement, and deck renovations.
  • Ability to read blueprints and site drawings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • No criminal record

Education: High school or equivalent (Design / Construction advanced education preferred)

Experience: Sales Experience: 1 year minimum (Preferred), Construction: 2 years minimum (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
