Home Improvement Project Manager and Sales Consultant

About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant and Project Manager, you'll leverage your knowledge of space planning and construction to guide homeowners through their renovation projects. You'll use our cutting-edge sales and construction management technologies to create project scopes, provide accurate pricing, and finalize contracts. Our Office Manager will schedule pre-qualified leads directly onto your calendar, allowing you to focus on what you do best: Building relationships and securing contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Utilize our sales tools to provide accurate and competitive pricing.
- Develop detailed project scopes and convert conversations into signed contracts.
- Provide consistent follow-up via phone and email.
- Collaborate with our General Contractor and office team to ensure smooth project administration and handoffs.
- Travel throughout the assigned service area (Prince George's, Montgomery, Howard Counties, and Washington D.C.).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the residential remodeling industry OR 1 year of residential home improvement sales experience.
- Strong understanding of kitchen, bathroom, flooring, basement, and deck renovations.
- Ability to read blueprints and site drawings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- No criminal record
