We are seeking focused, energetic, and driven Sales Representatives to join our team!
About the Position:
You will be provided qualified, preset & confirmed appointments from our marketing team to meet with homeowners to demonstrate our products & services. Our proven selling process enables you to convert these potential clients into satisfied customers allowing you to earn high level compensation.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with prospective clients, develop a friendly & conversational relationship
- Assess their needs & provide solutions
- Provide engaging demonstrations of our product and services to turn prospects into customers
- Ensure an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end
- Effectively communicate with team members about your leads and sold jobs
- Turn in all required documents on sales transactions to production

Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Prior In-Home Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Clean Driving Record & Background Check
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to climb ladders & access roofs
- Extremely motivated to achieve individual & company goals
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability
- Proficient in listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills
Compensation / Benefits:
Full-time, Commission
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
