As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organized Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers flexibility as a part-time or full-time role.

Job Overview:
The Entry-Level Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to our engineering team and office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to learn. You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties to help ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Greet visitors and assist with inquiries
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Manage and organize files, both digital and physical
  • Provide support for various office tasks as needed, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
  • Assist in data entry and updating internal databases
  • Support project management and team communication
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Prior administrative or office support experience is an asset but not required
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Work Hours:

  • Flexible schedule available; position can be part-time or full-time based on the candidate's availability and company needs.
