Rate : $70.00 - $80.00 / hr

Notes :

Start Date : As soon as credentialed

Contract Length : 3 months, possibility to extend

Shift Details : 8a-5p, 40hrs / week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Requirements :
  • EMR : EPIC
  • Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.
  • Board Certification : Required
  • License Required : Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
  • DEA : Active WA DEA required
  • Certifications Required : Will be discussed at time of credentialing. If any certs are required, provider will be responsible for obtaining. (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
  • MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered.
  • MUST have minimum of 2 years experience as an FNP and face to face patient contact within past year.
  • Credentialing Timeframe : 2-3 weeks
  • Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus.
  • Name clear required
  • Must be covid and flu vaccinated
