Requirements:
- 2 year experience required.
- Must Name Clear. Provide provider name and NPI number on all subs
- Credentialing turnaround- 4 weeks if have an IA/IMLC license, maybe less.
- Must be open to working in these environments: 13 ORs, 5 Endo suites, 2 ASC (10 miles away from main hospital)
- Do about 700 trauma cases per year, all major trauma goes to the University down the road. Majority trauma is blunt force and agricultural accidents
- Must be available to take occasional call (weekend and overnights).
Salary : $375 - $425
