QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Strong ability to maintain relationships with external and internal customers
• Effective communication skills including verbal and written communication skills and listening skills

POSITION SUMMARY
Uses the Quality Performance Review process as a vehicle to help deliver homes at a quality standard that is consistent and achievable. Develop and update trade specific Quality Standards, and Scopes of Work that are clear and understood by all stakeholders.
Key Result Area: Customer Consultant
• Perform QPR 2, 4, 5, & 7 inspections as outlined in the QPR process
• Support & calibrate with all team members
• Manage, direct, and be accountable for all field activities associated with the QPR Process
• Maintain Outlook calendar to ensure that all QPR inspections, training and meetings are scheduled in a timely manner
• Perform monthly meetings with TradePartners® in the development, implementation, and maintaining of their QPR programs, and to establish quality expectations
• Analyze database reports to identify areas of quality improvement
Key Result Area: Team Coach
• Train team members on how to perform QPR inspections – focus on Shea Quality Standards
• Work with each team member on how to get the most out of each inspection
• Work with Shea team members & TradePartners® on identifying defects - synergizing to eliminate defects
• Work with TradePartner® employees to help identify their roles in the QPR process
• Promote continuous improvement concept
Key Result Area: Team Facilitator / Leader
• Attend and actively participate in all core training, and any other specified training as determined by the Company and/or department manager.
• Facilitate QPR training to all Shea team members.
• Facilitate monthly hard skills training.
• Facilitate QPR training to TradePartner® employees as requested.
• Develop & maintain effective relationships and communications with all Shea team members and TradePartners®.
• Coordination of all QPR activities.
• Attend monthly Construction Dept. team meetings and participate in presentations as needed.
• Attend monthly Construction Management team meetings.
• Attend monthly Interdivisional Quality Assurance Leadership Team meetings, facilitate as needed.
• Attend bi-weekly division Quality Call, facilitate as needed.

• Frequently required to work in both a field (outdoor) and office (indoor) environment
• Required to communicate verbally and in writing
• Frequently required to stand, sit, squat, kneel, and occasionally crawl
• Required to climb stairs and ladders
• Required to walk one plus miles per day on uneven ground
• Will be exposed to weather such as heat, cold, rain, and possibly snow
• Noise level can be unusually loud
• May need to carry ladders
• Will require driving to potentially multiple job sites on a daily basis
