Our company is looking for an experienced Head Chef who will be responsible for cooking various types of food in order to prepare our food and drinks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a busy restaurant environment, and will work effectively under pressure to meet company goals. The Head Chef must be a creative self-starter who will be able to handle multiple tasks at one time and be able to take direction well. We are looking for someone with restaurant industry experience, a passion for food prep and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work in the kitchen with other cooks and chefs.
• Use your leadership skills to coordinate with other workers.
• Achieve the desired results by coordinating with staff and management.
• Knowledgeable of health and safety standards in the workplace.
• Understand food safety standards and tactics.
• Responsible for organizing and supervising all kitchen staff.
• Manage cleanliness of kitchen and its tools.
• Must be familiar with recipes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,112.00 - $54,860.00 per year
