Reports to: Foreman
Job Purpose: Work alongside, lead and motivate labor crew to ensure timely completion and accomplishment of target objectives
Job Duties:
- Motivate labor crew to ensure continuous work and accomplishment of objectives
- Ensure labor crew’s safety at all times
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed to ensure tools are functional at all times
- Coordinate labor crew’s activities with foreman and superintendent
- Perform same duties as labor crew including all manual labor required
- Conduct training of pushers to ensure quality work at all times
- Work with crew to perform cleanup duties around work area
- Other duties as assigned

Work Hours: Work hours are generally a regular work week of 40 hours; however, exact hours to work each day may vary as required.
