POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr HRIS Analyst is a part of the HRIS team responsible for defining, configuring/developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining the UKG system. This includes working with the business to gather requirements, configuring solutions, creating, and maintaining interfaces, testing, analyzing, and supporting UKG. This would include the research, design, documentation, and modification of software specifications throughout the solutions delivery life cycle.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide intermediate to expert level UKG WFM Application techno-functional support including progressive functional knowledge and support of HR processes and functions, such as Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, and any other general HR processes.
Lead system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, data integration and configuration of UKG Pro WFM core set up tables, including rules and configuration tables, department, job codes, location codes, GL.
Lead the planning and testing of application changes, upgrades, and interacting with Business Process Owners.
Serve as security administrator and work with IT to implement security changes to user’s profiles.
Participate in internal and external systems and data audits.
Resolve functional performance/operational issues.
Develop and maintain up-to-date functional documentation, standard operating procedures, and system documentation.
Develop and maintain user guides and training material as needed.
Provide users with regularly scheduled reports, conduct ad hoc reporting that informs, measures, and enhances human resources offerings, leadership effectiveness and business outcomes.
Provides the necessary training to support end-user needs.
Create training documentation as it relates to processes and practices.
Assist users with problems and resolve issues independently.
Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts and perform functional testing.
Implement high-quality, scalable, and extendable solutions using UKG while adhering to established best practices.
Collaborate in a team environment and independently with vendors, business partners, and technology teams on projects, support, application development, and standardization.
Responsible for the integrity of data across all benefit vendors.
Partner closely with benefits administration vendor with respect to Open Enrollment activities.
Collaborate with internal & external partners to create, update, and maintain interfaces.
Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
This position will work in the Mount Laurel, NJ office.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS degree or related work experience.
5 years HRIS analyst experience and functional Human Resources knowledge.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Experience in SDLC for HCM projects required.
Human Resources Systems implementation and upgrade experience.
Business process design/re-engineering and implementation experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects required.
Highly organized with a willingness to learn and the ability to adhere to timelines.
Familiarity with Human Resource policies/procedures.
Self-motivated with a proactive and resourceful approach to tasks, with the ability to also adapt to change easily.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Willingness and ability to train and teach other application users.
Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Excel.
Experience with cloud product integrations with UKG preferred.
Knowledge of UKG security structure preferred.
Experience with managing vendor relationships preferred.
