Sr. HRIS Analyst
Our Moorestown, NJ client is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. Hybrid work environment after training; local candidates only. Experience with ADP HRIS module configuration is required.
Responsibilities of Sr. HRIS Analyst
- Overseeing analytics strategy development
- Developing and leading internal customers delivery services information, including dashboards
- Creating customized reports and ad hoc queries
- Completing HRIS data statistical analysis
- Maintaining and reviewing HR metrics
- Assisting with HR employee development
- Performing application upgrades
- Regularly completing data audits related to HRIS
- Leading business rules, picklists, and foundational elements configuration
- Managing workflows, notifications, and approvals
Requirements of the Sr. HRIS Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR management, information systems, or related discipline
- ADP HRIS module configuration experience required
- 3 years HRIS administration experience that includes performing HRIS performance metrics analysis, process improvements, and diagnostic tests and audits
- SQL queries and database management and security proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Coding language and data analytics tools proficiency
Additional Details:
Salary: $65hr-$75hr
Assignment: contract
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
