Description

General Summary

Provides administrative and secretarial support to the daily operations of the office.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Field phone calls
  • Maintain employee records
  • Sort and deliver mail
  • Order and deliver supplies
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist Project Managers with administrative duties
  • Perform scanning and copying of documents
  • Provide needed reports
  • May reconcile invoices
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Experience And Skill Requirements

  • Two years prior office administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong computer skills, ability to learn new computer software and systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience using telephones, fax machines, copy machines, scanners and printers

Physical, Environmental And Sensory Requirements

  • Work environment is a typical office setting. Physical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending, reaching and lifting. Medium to light walking between office and hospital
