Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update the accounts payable ledger, including data entry and vendor account reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Support benefits administration by managing related invoices and payments.
- Prepare detailed reports on accounts payable activities for management review.
- Use accounting software, such as QuickBooks, for efficient transaction processing.
- Stay informed about accounting standards and financial regulations to ensure compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of general ledger accounting principles.
- Proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
