Exterior Solutions Coordinator

J&K Roofing is a locally owned Colorado roofing and exteriors company that's been in business for over 40 years. Our foundation is based on customer service, attention to detail and taking care of each other. We are looking for an Exteriors Coordinator to join our team, assisting with all windows, doors and siding needs. You’ll have a hands-on role in estimating new projects and be able to take ownership to see them through to completion, working with suppliers and installation teams to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.

General Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Partner with Project Managers to quote new window and siding projects, including materials and labor.

· Collaborate with subcontractors and customers to ensure successful job completion, including scheduling appointments, establishing project plans, and directing execution of punch list items.

· Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, property managers and general contractors.

· Maintain accurate records relating to each project, including supplier quotes, order confirmations, installer invoices, and permit and inspection paperwork.

· Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure accuracy of quotes, orders and delivery timelines.

· Assist with answering general inbound phone calls, providing helpful customer interaction and when necessary, entering information into our CRM program.

· Assist Warehouse staff with inbound and outbound product for all exteriors projects.

· Assist leadership with items that include meetings, information gathering and research.

Position Requirements:

· Exceptional Customer service skills, including written and verbal communication

· High level of accuracy and reliability (work product, mathematics, and attendance)

· Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

· Creative problem solving

·

· Experience estimating and executing windows, siding and door projects preferred

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

This position requires independent judgement, problem solving ability, keen observation skills and a high level of detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success. The ability to work in collaboration with Co-workers, Project Managers, Subcontractors and Senior Management is required. The desire to present yourself and J&K Roofing in the utmost professional and respectful manner to our customers, contractors, and suppliers is integral to success in this role.
