Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Marina Dock Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marina facilities. This position involves working outdoors in a dynamic environment, assisting boaters, and maintaining the marina's equipment and docks.
Duties
- Assist with the docking and undocking of boats, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on docks, including cleaning and repairs..
- Provide excellent customer service to boaters and guests, answering questions and offering assistance as needed.
- Maintain marina equipment, including pumps, hoses, and rigging gear.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of events held at the marina.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Experience with rigging is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

- Monday to Friday
