Job Description:
We are looking for a Walmart Marketplace & Warehouse Associate to manage our Walmart seller account, handle reordering and replenishment through Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), and assist with warehouse operations when needed. The ideal candidate will have experience with Walmart Seller Center, inventory management, and Excel, as well as the ability to support warehouse tasks such as receiving and sorting merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
Walmart Marketplace Management:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of products.
- Manage Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) shipments, including inbound shipment creation and tracking.
- Ensure all product listings meet Walmart’s requirements and are optimized for visibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors or fulfillment issues.
Inventory & Excel Management:
- Use Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, etc.) to track inventory, sales trends, and replenishment needs.
- Generate reports on stock levels, fulfillment efficiency, and sales performance.
- Improve inventory forecasting accuracy using data-driven insights.
Warehouse Support (As Needed):
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing merchandise.
- Support warehouse team in packing and labeling inventory for WFS shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in Walmart Seller Center and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS).
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
- Knowledge of inventory management, reordering strategies, and fulfillment operations.
- Ability to lift and move boxes (25-50 lbs) when assisting in the warehouse.
- Experience with warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $17 - $25 per hour (based on experience).
