SUMMARY OF POSITION :
Local Denver wholesale building materials distribution company seeking a qualified Full-Time team member who is energetic, friendly, hardworking, and dependable with a minimum of 1-2 years computer and clerical experience. Experience in the building industry is a plus, but not required.
This individual is responsible for directing all inbound calls and assisting the operations department with receiving, invoicing, and work order paperwork. This individual also performs other miscellaneous responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer phones
- Greet walk-in & will-call customers
- Receive in-bound inventory into computer system
- Check, Input tracking data, and Add freight costs to all outbound sales orders
- Scan all Shipping / Receiving paperwork into computer system
- Maintain and issue all non-inventory PO’s
- Assist Operations manager with other necessary computer entry
- Maintain an orderly work area
- Assists in weekend physical inventory counts (Maximum 6 per year)
- Order and maintain all office supplies
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIRED :
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES :
This position is full-time with a consistent shift of M-F 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm (1 hour lunch)
