FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
Monday through Friday
8am to 5pm
-Manage Phones
-Utilize eClinical EMR software platform
-Patient Check-In/Check-Out on Clinic Days
-Collect Co-Pays and Patient Balance Payments
-credit card (by phone or in person), cash, checks
-record receipts
-post payments on patient accounts
-Remind Patients of Balances Due when appropriate, Set Up Payment Plans as appropriate
-Schedule Consultations, Pre-Op and Post-Op Appointments
-Miscellaneous light errands as needed
-Maintain Patient Appointment Calendars – Manage Changes and Cancellations
-Update Pt. Demographics, Insurance Information
-during phone calls
-upon patient presentation to office
-Scanning Info to Pt. Records as Assigned by Office Mgr.
-Confirm Pt. Appts (if NOT covered by eClinical automated pre-call system)
-Maintain Patient Waiting Room, Clinic and Front Office Environments
-Miscellaneous light errands as needed
