We specialize in straightforward but numerous estate planning, probate, guardianship, and trust administration matters. Essential Job Functions
- Process high volume of estate planning documents efficiently and accurately
- Process high volume of estate planning documents efficiently and accurately
- Manage multiple concurrent probate, guardianship, conservatorship, and trust administrations
- Handle routine guardianship matters
- Process trust administrations
- Maintain detailed calendaring system
- Manage client communications
- Coordinate with courts and financial institutions
- Create and maintain organizational systems
- Process routine filings with maximum efficiency
Required Experience & Skills
- 1 years of law firm experience or College Degree from an accredited university (REQUIRED)
