Responsibilities :
Address and resolve customer billing issues, ensuring prompt and accurate solutions
Create and manage processes for handling quotes, ensuring consistency and accuracy
Provide administrative support, including managing purchase orders and generating reports
Collaborate cross-departmentally to meet customer needs and streamline operations
Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to offer informed solutions to clients
Assist with daily office operations as needed, ensuring smooth workflow Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required
3 years of customer service and office experience, with a focus on administration
