Multi-healthcare services site Operations Executive
Strategic Planning and analysis of Primary Care, with services from Behavioral Health, vaccine Clinics, Primary care Health services, wellness, and social services.
You will be part of the Executive Leadership team Providing Financial Analysis, Productivity, Quality and performance metrics for Clinical Practice sites with oversight efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Healthcare Executive holds primary accountability for the organization’s operational performance across key areas.
The VP plays a central role in strategic planning, fiscal budget oversight including grant funding, program development, operational execution, to capital budgets for facilities management of multiple sites and implements objectives and participates in multi-challenging issues that occur.
Experience and Qualifications
Experienced Healthcare Operations Executive with 7 years experience.
Master’s degree MBA in Healthcare Administration or similar.
Multi-specialty Medical Practice experience preferred with, Medicaid or Grant funding experience preferred.
Mission-based, strategic, commitment to purpose with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with effective leadership skills.
Location : Connecticut (On-Site)
Compensation : Commensurate with Industry experience
