Responsibilities
Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees
Assist with talent development and performance management strategies
Coach managers on leadership and employee engagement best practices
Contribute to broader HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
4 years of HR experience
Expertise in employee relations with demonstrated ability to resolve complex and administer training programs
