Recruitment Coordinator
Hybrid work schedule out of Wallingford, CT (1-2 days in office per week)
3 month contract with opportunity for extension
22-26 / hr, depending on experience In partnership with a top client, J. Morrissey is recruiting for an entry level HR professional to work on the HR Recruitment team for a local company. The Recruitment Coordinator will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and have a long term interest in HR.
Responsibilities
Assist with coordination of interviews
Lead communication with candidates with excellent customer service
Support Talent Acquisition team in screening resumes and candidates
Manage job postings across multiple platforms
Help with onboarding, including offer letters, background screens, and orientation.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and job requisitions in applicant tracking system Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
Office / HR experience strongly preferred
