Location : Hybrid (2 days onsite at Jun Cyber HQ (St. Petersburg, FL or client locations, 3 days remote)
Jun Cyber is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will provide exceptional IT support to our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. We are looking for someone with a strong initiative, a willingness to learn, and the versatility to tackle diverse challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking IT support through email, phone, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients efficiently.
- Document client interactions, technical issues, and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on IT best practices.
- Support clients in the use of Microsoft 365 and other software tools.
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of endpoint security measures.
- Travel onsite to client locations to provide direct support when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest IT and cybersecurity trends and technologies.
- Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
