Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Level 2 IT Helpdesk professional located in Memphis, TN. The Level 2 IT Helpdesk will be responsible for managing and administering network systems, troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring network security, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working with both hardware and software to resolve technical problems, as well as supporting the IT needs of clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Network Administration and Network Security
- Strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
- Excellent Customer Service skills are a MUST
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently AND in a team (must be willing to train others)
- Experience with various operating systems and IT tools
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to multi-task with combination of daily tasks and projects
