Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers calling in, providing exceptional service and support. We also need help tracking the material in the warehouse. Our warehouse is small but is essential in making sure all the crews have the material they need to help serve our customers.
We need someone that is comfortable with using computers and technology and interested in doing different projects instead of the same thing everyday. Electric experience or knowledge isn't necessary but the willingness to learn material and terminology is essential.
J&N Electric is a Residential Electric Home Service Company. We arent your average Home Service COmpany and are looking for people that want to make a difference in trades and help Homeowners with their electrical problems. Responsibilities
- Help answer and schedule calls that come in.
- Manage the Warehouse area. Making the daily warehouse order to the local supply house, stocking the inventory, and pulling orders for the jobs being done the next day.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry related to receiving and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues or concerns
Skills
- Comfortable using technology, for example: Word, Excel, different computer programs, Google Drive etc.
- Understanding of construction but willingness to learn material names and trade terminology
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. We want someone to take control of the warehouse and make it their own.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
