- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate various construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of construction skills, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and more.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction challenges, implementing creative solutions to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations.
- Administrative Duties: Complete necessary paperwork, including daily progress reports and material requisitions.
