**Job Title:** Foreman - Pro Crawlspace Repair

**Location:** Columbia Station, OH

**Salary:** $75,000 - $100,000 per year (Salary Performance Incentives)

**Job Type:** Full-time, Tuesday-Friday (8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to step into a Foreman role. Industry experience is preferred, but not required. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing tasks and coordinating team efforts.

As a Foreman, you'll oversee projects in crawlspaces, perform heavy lifting, utilize basic tools, and ensure safety protocols are followed. You'll work with a great team and will receive training to grow in your role.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise daily operations and coordinate tasks for crew members

- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards

- Conduct inspections and provide direction on repairs and installations

- Maintain strong communication with the team, clients, and upper management

- Keep work areas clean and organized

- Operate tools and equipment safely, with adherence to safety guidelines

- Handle administrative tasks such as job site reports and client communications

**Requirements:**

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Ability to pass background check and drug test

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Effective communication skills

- Ability to work in tight spaces and perform heavy lifting

- Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures (or willingness to learn)
