Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Support Manager to provide in market hotel specific support where assigned. This role will be overseeing 1 to 4 hotels in a market at any time to lead sales efforts, and support operations of the hotels. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Analysis & Prospecting : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning; adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Lead Generation : Work with the hotel teams to help sell and close SLT Leads, Lot Drives, and any other Hot Leads uncovered.
- In Market Sales Support : Lead / assist Sales Blitz and sales efforts for existing focus hotels, transition hotels, and new hotels openings in your assigned market.
- Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and other drivers to gain group business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and maximize overall performance.
- Hotel Operations Support : Help local hotel team as needed to make sure hotel is clean, safe, and ready to sell.
