Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to pick up and deliver packages within prescribed time windows at designated locations.
- Loading and unloading shipments at service centers and customer locations requires attention to detail and physical ability.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption is crucial for efficient operations.
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner is essential for providing excellent service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- At least 6 months of driving experience, preferably in delivery or box truck driving, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and navigation tools, such as GPS, is necessary.
- The ability to lift and manage packages up to 100 lbs. and perform physical tasks is required.
