Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and personal support to the CEO, including managing complex calendars and coordinating high-level meetings
- Facilitate heavy domestic and international travel coordination
- Spearhead event planning and execution for professional occasions, including conferences, fundraising events, and satellite events
- Oversee social media to foster and grow community and help build brand presence
- Handle invoicing, prepare expense reports, and manage ad hoc financial tasks
- Liaise with high-profile clientele and stakeholders, ensuring top-tier communication
- Lead and support special projects as needed, contributing to organizational growth and strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of experience
