Human Resources Coordinator – South Bay ($85k-$100k)
Prestigious global finance firm seeks an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to provide critical support with human capital processes and additional HR operations.
Daily responsibilities will consist of:
- Analyzing human capital data to understand trends and inform decision-making
- Managing employee engagement, employee relations, and training and development
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Utilizing human capital technology, including Workday
- Facilitating performance management cycle for employees
- Creating and distributing presentations and other materials for firmwide meetings, town halls, employee reviews, etc.
- Partnering with talent acquisition and talent development teams to ensure a positive employee experience
- Assisting with special projects as needed
