J&R Restoration is currently hiring a Field Marketing/Brand Ambassador to join our

growing team!

This individual will represent our brand in trade education, relationship building, and

consumer-driven events within their assigned territory. This position will entail visiting

local vendors daily, building community connections, expanding our brand awareness,

and securing new assignment sources. The end goal is to drive business growth,

negotiate contracts to closing, and foster/maintain strong relationships with new and

existing clients. The successful candidate will hold a strong passion for technology,

sales, and education, and work as a self-motivated individual.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass monthly targets.

- Identify, assess, and pursue new sales opportunities through warm calling and prospecting.

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to boost

sales and maintain customer loyalty.

- Use CRM software to monitor sales leads, manage accounts, and evaluate sales performance.

- Provide management with feedback on referral sources, job performance, and competitive

opportunities during bi-weekly sales meetings.

- Carry out various administrative tasks as required, including but not limited to monthly

summaries and expense reports.

Please ensure that you have the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales or business development

- Working knowledge of computers, including Windows, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and

email

- Ability to adapt and learn industry-related computer software

- Excellent communication, public speaking, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal

skills

- Proficiency in CRM tools

- Self-motivated

- Warm calling and prospecting experience

- Strong sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Clean background and driving record

- Experience in the restoration industry

Compensation:

-$40,000 - $50,000 base salary plus BONUSES!

This is a full-time, salary-plus-commission position that requires open availability, as our

industry is 24/7. This does not mean you’re working 24/7, but your phone is. Potential

for after-hours phone calls is to be expected. The position includes a company-branded

vehicle, gas card, cell phone, laptop, and expense reimbursement.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
