We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent in the greater Houston area. The successful candidate will be onsite to help ensure projects are on-time, on-budget and safely completed.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist Superintendent with the onsite activities of Multifamily construction projects
- Help ensure that construction work is completed per the plans and construction specifications
- Enforce construction site rules and safety
- Receive and manage construction materials
- Perform other duties as required
