We have been retained by our client, a growing Federal Contractor in the New Haven, CT area, to find a F ederal Project Manager . This position will be responsible for managing assigned federal construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Duties
- Supervise all phases of project execution, including start-up, completion, and close-out processes.
- Provide leadership in cost control, scheduling, planning, and supervision of project personnel.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Manage subcontractor performance and enforce contract compliance for all project aspects.
- Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and resolution of on-site issues.
