What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administration position at J Rorrer & Co PC?
Responsibilities:
-Answer phones, greet clients and assist with client pickup
- Copy, scan client's documents
- Process tax returns, payroll tax returns and other returns
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
-Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, )
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Familiarity with individual and corporate tax returns and payroll processes is a plus
