What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administration position at McMahan Co., Inc.?
Office Coordinator needed at Coldwell Banker McMahan's East Louisville real estate office. Our real estate company has multiple locations throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana. This 40 hour per week position is located in Louisville, KY.
Candidates for this position will possess experience providing a high level of customer service in a welcoming, hospitable and professional way. Seeking candidates who:
1. Are punctual and professional.
2. Have experience managing an office environment.
3. Interested in being a team player and serving others.
4. Have experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically Word, Outlook (or Gmail) and Excel), Adobe PDF and be able to grasp new software with provided training.
5. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
Daily activities will include first impressions, assisting the office manager with office needs, processing real estate listings, sales and closings, receiving and processing office banking needs, maintaining office files and office communication through company provided software and email.
