Job Description
The Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role involves managing visitor interactions, maintaining office security, and providing administrative support across various departments. The Office Coordinator will coordinate office supplies, handle mail and deliveries, and assist with onboarding new employees. Additionally, the Office Coordinator will manage office-related payments, develop and implement policies, and lead special projects. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Visitor and Communication Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office.
- Screen visitors and notify the appropriate party for retrieval.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls as part of a national operator team.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Administrative and Facilities Support:
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Order office and breakroom supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Coordinate catering for events and meetings.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Liaison with Property Manager and Cleaning Services.
- Work with the Corporate Support Team on various projects.
- Financial and Policy Support:
- Manage various office-related payments and approvals.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for office-related costs.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate with HR to ensure new employees have completed all necessary paperwork.
- Set up workstations and ensure new employees have access to the required systems and tools.
- Provide orientation and training on office policies and procedures.
- Facilitate introductions to team members and key contacts within the organization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Reader, D365 and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, workstation devices).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
Physical and Mental Job Qualifications
- Must be able to commute and work in person on a to our Alpharetta, GA, office.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $28 - $32/hour. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
