Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and maintain records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure accurate data entry and secure storage of physical and digital records.
- Retrieve and provide requested records to authorized personnel in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Monitor and audit records for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in transitioning paper records to digital formats if necessary.
