Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment, machinery as well as maintenance and repairing building systems to ensure optimal performance and minimizing down time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct repairs and replace faulty components as needed.
- Maintain and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, and structural components and ensure the facility is safe, functional, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
- Have knowledge of applicable OSHA standards and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem solving-skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
