Tropeano, Inc. is seeking a full-time Working Project Superintendent for $1Million-$15Million projects in Massachusetts.Job Description : MassDOT, MBTA, DCR, and Various Municipality Roadway and Utility projects varying from $1Million to $15Million.Job Duties : Supervise and Manage 5-15 employeesDevelop and maintain courteous and effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and / or any other representatives of external organizations.Responsible for construction, management of subcontractors, installation, schedule, logistics, safety, quality, and construct-ability of all aspects of projectsPlans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and reports the construction project activities dailyResponsible to manage employees and subcontractors to ensure the project scope is built in full conformance with the plans, specification, schedule, and budget.Job Requirements : Ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans and specifications in the construction of the projectAbility to layout projectThorough knowledge of construction techniques, means, and methodsForesight to schedule tasksHigh energy level and enthusiasmStrong level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsStrong organization and problem-solving skillsComputer skills in Microsoft Office based programsSense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines (self-directed)Qualifications : Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of Utility Installation and / or Heavy Highway Construction experienceOSHA safety trainingCompany Benefits : J.
