About the Role:
As a Bingo Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and enjoyable experience for our patrons at the casino. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate bingo games, ensuring that all rules are followed and that players have a seamless experience. You will also be responsible for managing the sale of bingo cards and assisting players with any inquiries they may have. This position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain a lively atmosphere while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months previous Bingo experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a casino or gaming environment.
- Knowledge of bingo rules and regulations.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate bingo games by calling numbers and ensuring all players are engaged.
- Manage the sale of bingo cards and provide assistance to players as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized gaming area, including setting up and breaking down equipment.
