Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager with a strong focus on Paid Social Media campaigns and Google AdWords. The ideal candidate will be able to step in as an expert, managing paid ad strategies with no need for additional training. You’ll also assist with organic social media management and support our internal marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in running paid campaigns and driving real results across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Create and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to achieve client goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms to provide insights and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that ad content aligns with the client's goals and branding.
- Lead A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Manage relationships with clients by providing regular updates, performance reports, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.
- Assist with the management of organic social media for clients, ensuring consistent messaging, audience engagement, and content planning.
- Take charge of J29 Creative Group’s internal social media accounts, boosting our own digital presence and aligning it with industry best practices.
- Design and implement lead generation funnels to maximize conversions for both client and internal campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in paid social media management and Google AdWords.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other social media management platforms.
- Google Ads Certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for paid and organic campaigns.
- Experience with lead generation funnels and conversion tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to clients.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both paid and organic social media strategies simultaneously.
