What We're Looking For:
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance: Already have your P&C license? Perfect! If not, we can discuss paths to get there.
- Strong Communication Skills: Whether you are on the phone or meeting face-to-face, you know how to build relationships and solve problems with ease.

- Team Player: Collaboration is key at J3. You’ll be working closely with our team and clients to ensure satisfaction and top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee all phone systems and call flow, providing training to others as needed.
· Maintain and manage a comprehensive list of agency and agent licenses, ensuring timely renewal notifications months in advance.
· Process and distribute mail.
· Process deposits and manage financial documentation.
· Manage the daily download process for all office locations.
· Assist owners/managers with special projects as assigned.
· Greet clients upon arrival, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
· Provide support to account managers with tasks such as filing, making copies, faxing, and mailing, as approved by management.
· Process client payments
· Manage office supply inventory and coordinate orders with the Agency Manager.
· Ensure the office is clean and welcoming for clients.
