What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power Systems PSSR - Northwest Arkansas position at JA Riggs Tractor Company?
The Power Systems Product Support Representative (PSSR) will provide product support and rental solutions for power systems and industrial engine customers. By developing a comprehensive list of products and services, the PSSR is responsible for integrating the parts and service offerings to fit the customer's needs. This position will be the point of contact for the Power Systems service department regarding equipment maintenance and service support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Minimum 5 years of service technician experience or 3 years in a similar service sales role working with generator sets, transfer switches, switchgear, and industrial engines.
- Able to travel within assigned territory as required to perform expected responsibilities for the position. Ability to travel overnight as required.
- Proven skills in written and verbal communications, planning, organizing, negotiation, listening, leadership and interpersonal relationship building.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under adverse conditions.
- Must be a self-starter and ability to work without direct supervision.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office computer products, customer management tools, sales planning tools and / or other comparable systems is required. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel or similar type programs.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and other company personnel.
