What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle EBS Specialist position at JA Solar?
We are looking for an Oracle EBS Financial Specialist with wide implementation experience in implementing Oracle EBS Financial module. This position requires rich experience in EBS financials modules AP, GL, FA, AR, CM, E-Business with hands on experience. You need to define new business requirements and provide gap analysis and provide functional validation and support. Duties and responsibilities : Collect and analyze business requirements for Oracle financial projects Perform gap analysis to existing Oracle EBS based solution and recommend ways of addressing these gaps Write business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentation Assist in design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle financials projects Plan and lead User Acceptance Test efforts with aim of achieving business sign-off for final solutio Provide suggestions to customize Oracle applications for optimal performance Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions Support project team in developing reports, tables, fields, data interfaces and application extensions Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts Develop user guides and training materials Adhere to all JA Solar and OSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds Meet or exceed company safety standards Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and / or work experience combination 2 years of Oracle EBS Financial experience Certification of Oracle EBS or similar is a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Good Understanding of AP, AR, GL, FA, CM and Contracts Oracle EBS tools including TOAD, SQL, PL / SQL Procurement, Inventory, Reporting and Manufacturing knowledge experience is a plus Positive working attitude Ability to work with a team Good communication skills Critical thinking skills Ability to manage different stakeholders Working conditions : Able to work extended hours as needed Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, and extreme noise May require to wear protective equipment while at the location May be required to work after hours and on weekends or holidays Physical requirements : Requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities EEO / AA Statement JA Solar is an EEO / AA (equal opportunity / affirmative action) institution and does not discriminate on the basis of sex, age, race, color, religion, physical or mental disability, creed, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender identity, or gender expression in the programs or activities which it operates. #
