📍 Location: Oklahoma City (Hybrid – relocation assistance available)
💰 Salary: $90,000 – $115,000
📊 Experience: 2–8 years in supply chain, operations, or business analytics
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Use data to reduce costs, improve supplier service, and streamline operations
🔹 Support day-to-day supply chain/operations while advancing long-term initiatives
🔹 Lead sourcing efforts—analyze data, develop strategy, negotiate, and finalize contracts
🔹 Perform market intelligence and cost analysis
🔹 Partner with teams to manage inventory, materials, and logistics
🔹 Identify and implement process improvements backed by analytics
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong analytical skills (Excel, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.)
✅ Background in supply chain, operations, or business analytics
✅ Proactive, strategic thinker with clear communication skills
✅ Solid understanding of cost drivers and total cost of ownership
✅ Direct experience with drilling/completions categories is a plus
Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain (preferred)
📈 2–10 years relevant experience
