What are the responsibilities and job description for the Millwork Estimator position at JAB?
This individual will be responsible for establishing trusted relationships with General Contractors, Estimating millwork jobs and managing the jobs to completion. This is a full time on-site job
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial millwork estimating and project management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction
- Knowledge of millwork materials, methods, AWI standards and production processes
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage project timelines effectively
- Must be able to accurately read and understand architectural drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reporting
- Experience with Autocad and/or Microvellum a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $59,400.00 - $90,000.00 per year
