Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality management practices.
- Perform quality audits and document findings to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including QA/QC processes.
- Proficiency interpreting electrical schematics.
- Proficient interpreting engineering prints.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Quality Control or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
