Quality Control Inspector (QC Inspector)

Description:

• The Quality Inspector is responsible for the auditing and testing of equipment being repaired at a bench level. This position ensures that repaired product passes inspection at the bench level. The Quality Inspector will interface with Line Management to alert them to any deficiencies and document accordingly.
• Reports to the QC Supervisor and QC Manager

Required Experience

• 2-5 years QC experience in warehouse
• Knowledge of basic quality standards / quality inspections / quality control in a relative environment

o Previous Quality experience is a must (At least 1 year of current experience)
o Inventory Control candidates can be considered.

• Experience in production processes in a warehouse environment:

o Receiving
o Production
o Shipping
o Etc.

• Must adhere to ALL safety measures, procedures etc.

• Must be able to work alone in most cases while staying production and in constant communication with QC Supervisor / QC Manager
• Organizational and communication skills

Preferences

• Administrative / Clerical Skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle units weighing up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
