Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
Manage paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better effectiveness.
Content Creation & Branding :
Create compelling visuals, videos, and copy for social media, digital ads, and marketing materials.
Write, design, and manage e-newsletters to engage target audiences.
Ensure brand identity and messaging consistency across all platforms.
Handle creative artwork requests from business units and subsidiaries, ensuring timely delivery.
Campaign Management, Events & Collaboration :
Support product launches and event management, including promotional planning and execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to improve future strategies.
Administrative & Operational Support :
Process invoices and manage internal approvals for marketing-related expenses.
Assist with general administrative tasks related to marketing operations.
Requirements :
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
Experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media analytics.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
